You will transform instantly, from protege to sensei.  You will rise up into the highest echelon of culinary numerology.  It's all possible if you will simply listen to the things we preach.  You're going to have such a great body, you'll want to show it off to everyone at the beach.  Your biggest dreams can come true, nothing is out of reach!

The first step in effective carb counting is knowing how many carbs are contained in various different types of foods.  Once you have this memorized, you will the practice to be significantly easier.  Do your research on this matter before you move on to the second step.

The second step involves moderation.  No, we're not referring to eating carbs in moderation, though that is obviously something you should do.  What are referring to, however, is the exact opposite.  You see, it is important that you do not obsess over effective carb counting.  Don't pay so much attention to it that you end up avoiding business lunches, or skipping meals, or anything of such a serious nature.  It's okay if you go over your daily limits, or even weekly or monthly limits at time.  The over all goal os for you to lose weigh, so combine effective carb counting with exercise and you will surely succeed.
