Safe Carb Counts

Safe carb counts - does that mean anything to you? Well if it doesn't, it certainly should. You see, safe carb counts involve not overdoing it and obsessing like a madman or madwoman when you try and diet. In other words, it is okay to set limits for yourself as far as the number of carbohydrates you would like to eat in a given day, week, or month- but do NOT stick by those numbers so closely that you have a panic attack and start breaking out in hives should you happen to eat too many! Those numbers are only meant to serve as a ROUGH guideline, and can be worked around with certain flexibility. Safe carb counts are great for helping to structure a diet, but you must always be sure that the number you decide upon are healthy, as approved by nutrition and health experts. Don't suddenly start playing doctor when you really are not one. Even if you play one on TV like George Clooney did in his famous role on the drama ER, you still are not equipped with the necessary knowledge required to make a choice like that. Be smart and keep on the safe side.

It's the only way to roll.

Safe carb counts are the only way to do it. At least, they are if you want to accomplish your goal, assuming your goal is to lose weight while maintaining a healthy existence. There's no better method to get to where you need to be, and start looking and feeling ten times better than you have in ages! Safe carb counts, in conjunction with a regular regimen of exercise, is the way for you to do it. Now what in the world are you waiting for? Get out of bed and into the gym!
