	<title>Low Carb Diet</title>
	<description>
A low carb diet is not enough
Sure you can lose a few pounds with a low carb diet, but your aim should be towards a healthier body, not just one with a little less weight. A low carb diet can help you reach your weight-loss goals, but a low carb diet alone does not a healthy body make. And it sure doesn't guarantee that the weight is going to stay off for any long period of time, especially if you revert back to your old ways once your goals are met.

Some people will do anything to stay away from exercise and that was part of the original attraction to a low carb diet. It was developed for people who do not have a very active lifestyle, and instead of encouraging people to get out and move their bodies a little, it has catered to the laziness in all of us. But, being thin or at your ideal weight does not mean that you are healthy. Come on. You have to know that a low carb diet is not some magical solution. Everyone should also incorporate a fair amount of exercise into their weight loss regime. What, you might ask, are the best ways to go about exercise while also on a low carb diet ?

Here are some guidelines:

 First of all have fun! If you dread the workouts, it will only make it more difficult for you. Find something that you really enjoy doing.
 Do not go overboard either, while you should be exercising most days of the week, it is just as important to let the body rest on some days. Muscles rebuild themselves on those days of rest.
 Weight train 3 days a week, not spending more than an hour on each weight training workout. And divide up the days so that there is always a day of rest in between.
 Do some short cardio workouts on the days that you don't weight train. Doing it in intervals really gives your metabolism a boost.
 Change up your workouts every 2-3 months or so. Either change he order that you do them in or change the equipment itself. You don't have do a total workout overhaul.

Following a few of these basic guidelines can really get your body into the shape that you always dreamed it could be. Make it happen today!
