Low Carb Diet Plan

Low carb diet plan for those wanting to lose weight. Is the low carb diet plan worth it?

Low Carb Diet Plan

Nowadays, the new thing is the low card diet. Everyone is head over heals about the low card diet and most have devised their own low carb diet plan. This non-traditional diet has been widely accepted by many, but also opposed just as much. Many argue that deliberately cutting out important nutritional factors in a diet is not good for the body, while others say that cutting out these factors make the body operate better. Is anyone correct? Is the low carb diet plan the way to go, or is it more of a hindrance than a help? Here are what some people have to say about their low carb diet.

Low Carb Diet Plan -- What Does The Average Person Have To Say?

"I tried the low carb diet plan for three months, and it was the worst three months of my life. First of all, when they say low carb, what they really are saying is low taste. It was horrible. Of course I lost weight, I hardly ate. If that what it takes to be in shape and look good, I don't want it. I'd rather live the way I've been living; at least my food has taste and I can enjoy it." Sherry, Los Angeles

"I've always been fat. I would eat what I want to eat, when I wanted and wherever I wanted. I had no control. I told myself that before my class reunion I would lose at least 80 pounds, but every diet I tried had its flaws. Nothing worked. Not until I tried the low carb diet plan. Within weeks I was down 30 pounds. Within no time I lost the 80, plus 30 more pounds. It's like the weight just melted away." Toni, Chicago

When it comes to the low carb diet plan, results vary. For some it's the best thing to happen to them. For others, they can do without it. Is it for you?
