In most cases, low carb bars have a lot of vitamins, minerals and protein. They certainly make a low carb diet easier. In fact, they can make it tempting to replace a lot of meals this way. But it's hard to find low carb bars that really taste that good enough to do that, which is good because it's not the best thing to do. Most of them are meant to be snacks anyway, and you really should get as many of your daily nutrients from natural foods as possible.
